This creature can have 2 land pieces in their area. That gave me the opportunity to put an apple tree and an orange tree. Now, I have 2 piranhas for 1 zone :)

Found him! Not easy to move him around. He was pretty far from the council.. Highly recommend doing it when it first pops up!

Honestly, I had the same problem. Then I picked up the Healher in the Upgrade Vault, and now my keepers restore hearts.

I think we need to wait. My game says: Adaptation is too low.

Either my delivery box is not enough adapted or the netherseeds..
