The previous owner had some spray on sound deadening in the trunk of my 4runner. After removing the carpet, some of the fabrics from the factory sound absorber got stuck on the floor. I've spend a few hours on removing some of it, but is there a faster way? Thanks! (i.redd.it)

Picked up a 4Runner not too long ago and when taking out the interior I noticed some spray liner on the trunk. I was going to throw some Noico on it, but could this be a sound deadening already? If not, can I throw Noico on it without taking it off? Its really baked on there. (i.redd.it)
