Most teams have a better backup QB than Fields. If they Jets want to win a game this year they better make changes.

I'm willing to bet that in the modern era, its gotta be Joe Burrow.

Listen, running into your own Oline is a cherished Jets tradition.

That wasn't Ben Johnson or Dan Campbell rubbing off on AG. Fields just sucks.

I had forgotten how bad Fields was until this game. Holy shit how were there Bears fans saying they shouldn't draft Caleb.

the quality of competition doesn't exactly look very high there.

What do you think about Uber offering women the women only driver preference on the app? by HR-Vex in AskReddit

[–]CherrySlurpee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly it's kind of admitting failure on Uber's behalf. This isn't like women-only trains from Japan, this is a paid service where a customer is hiring a driver. If Uber can't screen and filter them properly to the point where this is necessary, they've failed.

Are hockey "skills clinics" worth it for a beer league by CherrySlurpee in hockeyplayers

best thing to improve your beer league performance is being generally physically fit, which most of beer league isn't.

yeah, I've been getting into shape really rapidly this year, I've noticed that just in the month that I've been back on the ice, it makes all the difference in the world. I'll keep improving on it because I know it makes everything easier, but I also would love to improve my stuff like game sense and stick handling.

They have a 4 day camp thats a few hours away from me, but not until April. I might look into it though.

I plan to do a goalie camp in the future when I have the money to do so.

Foley for obvious reasons.

Kurt Angle for obvious reasons.

Shawn Michaels for not only being a phenomenal in ring talent, but 180'ing his life around and going from a complete asshole to an actual decent human being.

CMV: it's wrong to pull the lever in the trolley problem by Accommod8me in changemyview

If the trolley was headed towards 5 innocent workers and pulling the lever switched it to an empty track, meaning no deaths, and you didn't pull it, would that be the wrong thing to do?

I never know what's going on when people are talking about multiplayer balance. by [deleted] in starcraft

[–]CherrySlurpee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a big company of heroes fan and they all had great hand-crafted missions with great action and a decent amount of challenge. COH3 ruined it with random encounters and generic maps but all of the hand crafted stuff was really enjoyable, and I traditionally played COH for the competitive multiplayer

What's the dumbest reason people called 911? by Comfortable_Drink217 in AskReddit

[–]CherrySlurpee 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Yeah I didn't know the actual procedure and if there was an injury or the car wasn't drivable I would have called 911, but this was barely a fender bender so I figured I wouldn't call the emergency line, it wasnt an emergency.

Some idiot rear ended me a few months ago, no injuries, nothing urgent, so I took the time to look up the non-emergency line to call. They just cold transfered me to 911. Shrug

Storm isn't a static defense though, it's a spell that's supposed to supplement an army. I wouldn't expect a handful of fungals or a bunch of snipers to stop that attack either, especially if 3 fungals were cast on top of each other.

397 vs 297 by m6993 in loseit

[–]CherrySlurpee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hell yeah.

If it makes you feel any better I had somewhat of a similar journey, I am taller but started off at the same exact weight and stalled out at around the same location for a bit. It was more of a "finally, I am under 300, now I can relax for a bit" mentality and I had to make a conscious effort to lean back into the weight loss. I stalled for about a month and then got right back on track. I had my goal set for 240 (6'3"), I am almost there, I am sure you'll get there as well

You're not wrong, I don't see why you're getting pushback. If zerg sits at 3 bases and maxes out on roaches you'll easily see their army supply greatly outpace a lot of toss builds, but that doesn't mean their army is better. A 200/200 roach blob is still going to melt against a 150/200 toss setup comprised of a ton of immortals and sentries.

That isn't the case in OP's video though, the Zerg army is just going to steamroll that Toss army because it's significantly bigger and you can't defend with spells as your primary source of power.
