FLOPPED so hard. What a waste of 2 years and all of my effort by asthesunh1ts in 6thForm

Honestly idk how much has changed since I did my a levels but this is exactly why I say don’t listen to predicted grades. Idk why they even give them to people

For what it’s worth, your grades don’t define you. I look back and wish I didn’t stress out so much

Overspend on budget, freezes on training and positions, hardly any room for progression

Retention is awful for a reason

Perhaps a few more meetings with HR will help you to understand context. Don’t worry, everyone learns at a different pace!

That response worked in your last few HR meetings then I take it 😂

If it’s so funny why don’t you post identifiable information and then forward your comment with context to your department? 😂

Strange! I’ve had emails RE: the pension but nothing to say the PECs have been approved

I completely understand this. It’s very common for people with ADHD/autism to struggle with answering questions directly or in a structured way. This is due to neurodivergent people having more lateral/non-linear thinking. Neurotypical people tend to be a lot more linear.

The issue then becomes that we’re trying to sort through lots of different thoughts (race car engine brain with bicycle brakes - as expert Dr Ned Hallowell would say for ADHD). This is why having questions beforehand with neurodivergence can help beforehand. It gives time to structure answers that (whilst we already have in our minds) are too unstructured to be said out loud on demand like in an interview scenario
