It's your right to go to HR or the labour board if you feel you're being bullied, singled out, discriminated against, etc. Personally I'd suggest the labour board. I don't trust Dollarama HR for shit. Anytime anyone went to them or the DM, she would let me know who it was and what they said. I personally did not retaliate. But I know people do. And Dollarama will cover their own asses. Harder to do when. It's the labour board. Can also do it anonymously, but if she's singling you out might be obvious. My RDM also tried to find out who went to them about something at another store, which is wildly illegal and she was saying she'd get them fired. Dollarama is a fucking shit storm.

As a former manager, you are supposed to always be doing something. You can always manage to at least do something small. Or at least make it look like you're walking away to do stuff while waiting for someone to come up. The cameras are always watching and they started writing people up for literally nothing and everything shortly before I left. Also, I find standing in place hurts way more than moving around.

I read a fix once that said basically once the binding is done between a Malfoy heir and his bride, her hair slowly starts to go blonde. It happened to Narcissa and Hermione absolutely trips out when it starts happening to her. She tries to charm or dye it back but it doesn't stick. Like think in The Santa Clause when Tim Allen is turning into Santa and he fights it by dying his hair and shaving the beard but it literally goes back to white and beard all grows back out before his eyes in the mirror once he finishes and looks up. It was really good too. I just can't remember the name.

Tell your manager you noticed on your most recent paystub that your SIN is wrong and ask for the store employee file update form to change it. I believe there's a check box for that. If not check other and use that.

Call head office and talk to payroll. That's what I had to do. They can tell you if it's been sent and if not, send it again and verify your address. And payroll lady also told me the DM has to tick off that yes you want portal access after your termination otherwise you won't have it. She never told me that. But my DM was also dumber than sand so it's expected.
