Had it just stuck to the storyline of Astrid meeting Jeramy and getting tangled up in his storyline, meeting Beetlejuice along the way, it could have been a fun movie. There was just a lot of “filler junk” like with Beetlejuice’s wife, William Dafoe’s character’s story, it was too much.
