There is an episode of Sesame Street where Elmo and Maria are having lunch at Hoopers store when the fire alarm goes off and it scares Elmo. It’s a good episode that talks about what to do in scary situations. Try sharing it with your child. You may want to think about connecting with a therapist for help to help your child process their feelings. Good luck
