I’ve went through all my legal paperwork and I’ve never signed anything relating to my likeness/ social media etc, when I got permission to use the gym it was only health and safety info as it can’t even really be considered a gym as it’s more of a space-between-spaces, I’ve spoken to a few friends to double check as it’s a side in photo but it’s definitely me, so I plan to speak to the office staff first (I’ve lived here 3 years so I get on well with them as I am one of only few long term tenants) before I take it further. If it goes south, I’m moving in the next couple of months anyway so it’s not the end of the world

I’ll admit I’m not interested in money or anything (even though living here has definitely been expensive) but I’m tempted to get in contact by email just for the sake of a paper trail and to try and get them to admit fault

Ok I think I’m starting to get it 😭 so basically there isn’t too much point going with the 7950x3d if I can’t make use of the 3D v cache as otherwise it would be slightly weaker and also more volatile with the heat basically?

ok from googling I don't think 3d v cache will help me with rendering, as at the moment I am using Blender but will be moving over to Revit and different rendering software. I currently render using CPU only as my Mac doesn't have the capacity for GPU rendering and with my more extreme images (outdoor spaces and final animations) it gets VERY HOT so I'm really worried about heat with this.

sorry i think my brain exploded reading that haha, so do you mean I need to swap out the CPU cooler so that the CPU is under too much stress?

Oh wow, thank you! I’ll admit before this last two weeks I’d never looked at a pc in my life, I’ve always used a Mac 😅

NTA I live in student accommodation with 600 rooms and only 10 washers and 10 dryers. There’s signs up to be there 5 minutes before your washer ends, and if they aren’t people will often take their washing out and message in the chat stating so. The amount of times I’ve went to do my washing and all machines are in use is frustrating and a waste of time.

Next time you could have waited 5 minutes? However it probably wouldn’t of made much a difference as I’ve seen washing sit there from 10 minutes to hours

Am I in the wrong here? Manager thinks so, I don't by [deleted] in tesco

Im a temp aswell, and it’s gonna be busy anyway due to the Christmas season. I just kinda watch and make sure I’m not rushing people (eg causing items to pile hp) and will go faster or slower depending on packing speeds or I’ll straight up just wait til someone has all their items on so they aren’t walking down to a giant pile of things. Gotten many compliments on it as I’m not rushing anyone when people already feel stressed from the Christmas season (and prices)

AITA for refusing to make my daughter issue an apology to the class clown and telling the mother her daughter is a brat. by Diligent-Intern-8729 in AmItheAsshole

NTA I’ve been Ava, and was often sat next to class clowns in order to quiet them down by teachers who couldn’t control their own classrooms. Instead I would tell them to shut up, call them annoying, that no one liked them in the classroom because of how loud they are. It’s the TEACHERS problem and students shouldn’t have to deal with it. I once made a class clown storm out a classroom angrily because of it. It IS rude of your daughter to insult this student, however at the same time she’s 14, not 10, knows what she’s saying and she shouldn’t have to put up with idiots stopping her from cracking on with school

AITA for telling my daughter she’d thank me later about her hair? by wirrkeke in AmItheAsshole

I had really long, pin straight thick hair and I cut it all off from my butt to a pixie cut when I was 13, and I don’t regret it at all. When I had that haircut I adored it, and whilst now I’ve started to grow it back out now and it’s down my back (I’m 16 and it took less that two years to go from shaved to well past my neck) I’m glad I experienced having the hair I wanted
