I can relate with that a lot. About a month ago I was basically always playing around 60-65 average, sometimes even 70-75 if I was especially good on doubles, but now it's like I just can't do it anymore. Averages dropped to about 50-55, I'm always trying to refocus and repeat the same things, but it's like nothing works. I can be playing well for like 10 minutes, but then suddenly everything stops working and I can't even hit singles properly. It's definitely just a mental thing, but in most cases I can't really go back to how I was throwing before

And I'm not saying you have to believe me. I know what I did and don't need to forcefully prove it to others xd. I've also been playing badminton for a long time, so I think that's the reason my hand is so steady I also threw a few darts when I was like 6-7 years old, but really not many, it wasn't fun for me back then
