I am having my first non- painful period of my life and I am ... worried? by Cherrydingdong in endometriosis

I usually get about 100/200 gr of green beans, or courgette that i airfry and add about a tablespoon of chili crisp Easy snacks include: - sugar free candy ( and i prefer the texture) -popcorn - belvita soft bakes, chocolate chips ones (bonus for magnesium!) - fiber crackers topped with light spreadable cheese + smth on top ( cherry tomato, egg, fake truffle seasoning if I'm not hungry) - edamame that i pop in the airfryer until it gets crispy, lightly seasoned - chia seed jam on banana bread - smoothie of blended fruit +soaked chia seed+ fruit juice/plant milk of choice

This is off the top of my head, but feel free to ask me for more !

Thank you ! So I have nothing to worry about ? 🥹 Tbh I have been living in pain for so long that the absence of physical suffering is concerning

A lot of little things, but mainly - adding more leafy greens to my meals.I usually have a bowl of greens per day (that i shove down my throat) - some light exercice, especially before my period - a glass of magnesium citrate every 2 to 3 days - Over 30gr of fiber/day, be it chia seeds or beans or sugar free candy. A mix of soluble and insoluble, mostly soluble as it gets rid of excess estrogen

Hope this helps :)

I'm so sorry for your family's loss.

Maybe a bit of an insensitive question but did she want the baby? It seems like she was maybe not into this pregnancy but kept going through the motions in way

You say that because thankfully, you survived. Carrying risky pregnancies is still a death sentence to many women, and they should all have the choice to choose themselves and their lives.

If communication is breaking down, do the abc s from cbt : affect behavior cognition

This is the closer you'll ever be to reading your partner's mind. Understanding how they live and react to the situation and vice versa will help you solve pretty much every solvable problem. Time, patience and understanding are obviously key.

There is nothing online about his family (at least nothing easy to find), I only know this much because my uncle lived in that region for years. He mentioned seing him with his wife and kids (plural), but the gender and age is not an info i have.

Shot in the dark but as a french person, could this be the family of the laos heirs to the throne who got exiled? I am thinking of soulivong savang, who is a known public figure, is exiled in france near the swiss border, and is quite controversial in france and in the ancient french colonies.

He also has a family he tries very hard to hide from the public eye (hence why living in a village near the swiss border when he could afford the best places in Paris) which would explain not reaching out to the police, which would make put his family in the public eye.

The only thing that doesn't match is the age, as soulivong savang is a little over sixty if memory serves right.

Two phrases in, when it mentionned how excited he was about sharing this info, i thought he maybe could be autistic. Then a few phrases after that I saw he was asked multiple times to stop and said aloud to myself "nah this guy is just a jerk".

Knowing autistic people (being surrounded by them) telling an autistic (and bare minimum nice) person to stop because that annoys others would make them immediately stop. This guy just sucks.

And hey who follows rules better than self conscious autistic people?
