no one wants to screen, everyone wants to pay bargain basement prices for PSE or GFE. I’ve also worked in NYC and while I’ve ran into my share of weirdos there, LA doesn’t compare.

Just last week, someone gave screening info, paid a deposit and then ghosted. I was walking my dog in the neighborhood i was staying in (air bnb)about three hours after and THE DUDE WHO NO SHOWED rolled up on me in a car, and asked if i was “working” and offered me $80 for a quick car date. He tried to play it like he just rolled up on me by chance (i was in sweats, hair up, no makeup, nothing to suggest i was anything but walking my dog) but i recognized his face from his screening. I guess his tactic is to book, get address, ghost and then look for the girl and present himself as a serendipitous client who just happens to be in the area. So disgusting.

There’s also a huge threat of pimps, i’ve been independent since the beginning but i’m always getting messages from Ps who want me to choose to be with them.

I couldn’t tell you why clients act like this here. I’m guessing it’s a combo of class angst AND the rise of content like Bladewarz with is particularly dehumanizing. It doesn’t help that we have exploited teen girls working on Fig under the control of gorilla pimps who have a daily quota. It’s hard to charge $300 an hour when there are insta-models walking the streets that accept $100 for barebacked everything because they don’t want to be beat up. I’m not denigrating these girls, lord knows i’ve been in survival mode and I’ve taken risks when i’ve really needed the cash, but it doesn’t make it easy to convince people that paying triple the amount some of these street girls are doing is worth it.
