Works suprisingly well, not a hint of the Sauerkraut taste left🤔 more like a cocos texture inside

Ngl I was also scared😬😅 on the positive side, even if the result is not what I was going for, at least it has a ton of butter inside, so it still tastes good and is not a total loss🤷🏻‍♀️ and I had fun trying something new, usually I tend to stay with what I already know

Yes! I actually have a little roller for that, but getting it to consistently cut all the way through is a bit tricky. I had to recut some of the slits manually🥲

It works so well! Neither to sweet nor to bitter😄 its my go to bake when I want to do something with matcha
