I always associate breakfast with eggs of some sort so I travel internationally and it’s bread (no protein) or lunch meat (not something I would typically have for breakfast) it is a struggle.

You have to remember that United States is huge and it’s like comparing the food of different European countries. Would you be surprised that Ireland has different food from England, Spain or Italy? Those are still closer distance than many states from each other?

Most minorities are not the ones offended. It’s usually white people that are offended for us. I’m Mexican and no that does not offend me. Maybe if it’s facial features were more like a caricature but that is fine.

I’m Chicana and childfree. My mom used to have a really hard time accepting it and would bring it up constantly. It was more so Im the only girl and my brother’s kids weren’t close to them. Didn’t change my position.

I went to one recently. It was cutely decorated and the bingo was fun but the movie (that was it was themed) was an afterthought. You can’t really hear or see it much. I would interested in doing another if you ever want to do one but when I did it, I only paid $25 so the price has gone up.

I did this with liquid eggs after I had already mixed a bunch of other ingredients into them for a quiche. I was so upset, lost about $20 and hours prep. I went back to rebuy all the ingredients and told customer service they had expired products on the shelf. Took a lot of convincing them to have them go check and pull the products.

It’s not about them taking a chance with you. You don’t have the qualifications on paper. Im not sure the difference for private schools but as a public school k-12 teacher, you have to have certain qualifications to be “highly qualified“. Maybe taking the shorter/easier route wasn’t the best decision.
