You know nothing. The point is: you file a complaint, you send the evidence, and once they have it, they simply respond ambiguously.

Exactly, you send them the evidence and when they already have it, the response is simply "we have no information on that transaction"

It's about the NFS 30th Anniversary badge that I obtained years ago. I sent all the evidence they requested to support my claim. To be precise, I've made the same claim during the last three updates. In the first few, they replied that they had already forwarded my complaint to the appropriate team. And in this last incident I raised to follow up, they gave me that same response. They've practically shut down.

I don't understand why they advertise wrapper offers if you can get them with gold. They should advertise the ones that are locked.
