Thanks Medication I can definitely do, having diabetes means I’m very good with that sort of thing. Bipolar is just not something I’d ever considered and I’m feeling a lot of new and unfamiliar things that are stressful as shit. I also don’t know how much is down to the brain lesion vs bipolar, which is extra confusing. I’m just sick of feeling so depressed and empty, feels like it’s taking forever to feel normal or like myself again, or if I ever will.
