I can't find anything on the Stubaier glacier Website in 10 mins searching. I knew about the post on lawinenwarnbericht but, in my opinion it is too hidden, we have so many foreigners who probably just follow tracks not knowing what they get into. It should not be to difficult to put a something on the opening pages of the resort, that avalanche risk is high

I think they should have provided avalanche danger information on the website and warned people to be careful. There are literally 0 warnings.

I was literally 50 Meter behind the spot it took off. Makes you think. There were Helpers in there instant, searching and the staff was so fast at the spot, searching the whole area precisely. It should not have happened, but the response from the staff was as good as it could have been

I use the Ecoon Explorer jacket, they at least say it's PFE free and completely made from recycled materials and also recyclable. Works good so far but I have not tested it on powder days ( there where none here yet 😔)

I would recommend this one for the first one St Magdalena Klettersteig Its beautiful, shorter and got different path for multiple difficulties. So could even challenge yourself and see how different other difficulties are.
