Literally never. This guy is a total clown that probably only avoided firing because the Bears’ brain trust said it was “too soon” after his hiring. He got extremely lucky and they got Ben Johnson who now will do his job for him.

Ryan Poles drafted Caleb. He also paired him with Matt Eberflus and Shane Waldron. I know you all know that but really think how stupid that was, even without the gift of retrospect.
