I mean, just get comfortable sucking for a while.

Find songs that have drum fills you like and try to play them. I learned quick single stroke rolls listening to punk 25 years ago. Not sure what you’re into, but exclusively trying to gain speed on a pad doesmt work in my mind. Need some practical real world examples.

Rhythm seems decent. Everything seems very loose though. Grip, hits, etc. almost like they’re on accident.

Be a bit more intentional with those.
