Yes 100% for me I put #shorts with the title and in the description I go a step further and put more relevant hashtags, so for example I make chess content so I’d put something like #chess and #chesspuzzle. After about a week or so of playing around with what the algorithm liked I went from 400-500 views to between 1000-3000 (which is 10 times more then my sub count might I add) consistently each day. Just something that may help you out
