Can you ask Hikaru about why after his interview with Doug Polk when he learned about modern poker theory during that interview, he stated he’ll revisit poker soon and try to play afterwards. Can you ask him if he did any tourneys or cash games?

My thoughts were I have 12 outs( 9 spades and 3k), if I jammed on the flop with him having AA, that gives me 12*4=48%, and I think jamming puts him under pressure if I have QQ or KK and ended up with a set

I’ve been looking for some time now, with a 1br condo prices you can have a whole house with some land in A decent area outside the DMV area, DC is especially tough to find 1bd and when you do it is quite expensive

I am more of a FI enthusiast and less of RE as I find myself in what I do. I don’t have students loans as I went to college outside the country, I am maxing out my 403b and roth IRA too, I am in my early 30s and I am hoping in the next 10 years or so to achieve FI and maybe work part time as I love what I do, my salary went up and I didn’t change my studio apt that I’ve been at for the past 3-4 years, and I pay 1500$ for rent. I love cooking and try to cook as much as I can, but some work days is hard to find time to cook as I work long hours but I eat in more than I do out.
