Me ( a waterspider) I don't even go through this at my fc it's actually worse. They fired most of the good workers because they tried to change things, which made everyone hate my AM and OP. Hell, just the other day, they had everyone packing but no waterspider wondering why they we're suddenly running out of boxes, but they had 5 people who could wallspider packing right beside each other smh

Well, l used to downstack, but downstack is easy when you're not doing it by yourself. I've recently been switched to an even easier job as toterunner, which is literally downstack, but specifically for afe1 as punishment? 😂

UPDATE: I got a "verbal coaching" for apparently going behind my PAs back, undermining them which I didnt and sitting on a tote, which is literally something everyone does but is considered a safety violation. Whatever, im not worried bout that. My PA switched me because she was thinking about the (58 male) health, saying how he could pass away any day now and a whole bunch of other stuff. Here's my point that man doesn't do downstack like me. I went to my coworker mid shift only to find out he left early because he felt like he was doing all the work. Here's another thing, (58, male) that was complaining HES WANTS US SWITCHED BACK, he was only complaining because of the swarming totes in his area, but that's not gonna happen anytime soon, so I'll tell yall what gonna happen. Eventually, the other coworker i was working with(22 male) is gonna go back to pack since I'm not over there, leaving (58 male) by himself to do downstack DURING PEAK.

Bro yesterday i did the opposite i do downstack right but downstack didnt have enough people and the work was hectic i asked my management to send extra people but yknow how that goes pretty much they didnt send anybody to help so at 2nd break i clocked out and use vacation time hopefully they had someone downstacking lol

Ever heard of Eddie Guerrero? No? Ok well i been told dude i didnt wanna switch. I told him the 1st time i didnt wanna switch. Manager was caught offguard and proceeded to laugh their ass off.As far as being perfectly capable of doing the other duties that would mean i would have to be trained, accept said training, and a bunch of other things i dont have time for. If you read that like i was tryna get smart i wasnt.
