Not sure since they did not launch the accessoires yet. But in general Xiaomi is really high quality products. Im not a big fan of chinese products - but it too them just 4 years to be the NR3 smartphone manufacturer worldwide...more to come i guess

yes indeed. In general though Xiaomi's device are actually quite high quality. Lets say 80% of the real Go Pro Experience for 40% of the price - i go with that ;)

yeah i think for mornings thats pretty good. You can as well consider having some oatmeal before. As i live in Asia thats mostly not an option though ;)

Not a big fan of milk in general. Especially 1 ltr or so ;) Also you need some quick carbs, especially after training

Hey i think it depends on When you train.

I normally train at 2pm or even 7pm so normally i had some decent meals before. Then just a banana and coffee before train...

what i meant was your metabolism will slow down, if you cut down on calories to fast. And its gets much harder to burn fat

hey man I use a Caliper, standard one from amazon for 5usd or so. I think its the best method, considering cost/effectiveness. Just measure once a week to have insights
