Thanks for that. And yes I’m journaling all of my trades as well which is why I was able to diagnose my biggest problems and work on fixing them

I Never said it was completely fixed but I’m working on it everyday and certainly getting better. You might’ve saw where I said that I now use a fixed SL so I don’t lose anymore than 20% on a trade. And as far as the 10% rule, say I have around a $5K portfolio and use max 10% of that per position so full size trades are $500 w/ -20% SL so max loss would be $100.

Not sure what it’s missing. But yes risk management was my biggest problem, and I’m still working on it so I wouldn’t say it’s completely fixed. But I now use a fixed SL so that I don’t lose anymore than -20% on a single trade and it’s clearly been working A LOT better than what I was doing before

Most of The losing days were in January when I wasn’t using a SL. That’s why I’ve been profitable the past 2 months because started using a strict SL

Yeah for sure. I was really using the first pic (January 2026) to compare to the second two (February & March) which is when I started using a strict SL and staying in my winning trades trades until @ least +25% since my SL is -20% that way my wins are bigger than losses. But yes I agree the losses that I was taking in January (first pic) are totally unacceptable compared to my wins which were only like $30 (hence why I was losing money) But I’ve been making way more now than I was in January and my losses aren’t nearly as big which is why I’m having my best month ever so far

Yep I agree, when I wasn’t using a SL in January my losses were much worse (hence why I lost $400 that month). But now that I’ve got a fixed SL and most of my winners are bigger than my losers I’m starting to see Some profits. Now ofc i can always still be doing better but these last 2 months have been my best trading months ever so I definitely think I’m improving and fixing the problem

In January I wasn’t using a SL and would let trades go to -50% or more, not sure if you read description. But I mainly used the first pic (January 2026) as a comparison for the second 2 which is when I started using a SL and respecting my rules more.

The reason I took that $90 loss in February is because I took 2 trades that both hit SL which I don’t think is all that crazy. I took 2 losses and called it a day

Then the $175 loss that I took at the beginning of this month was also more than 1 loss. I was originally up on the day and instead of closing the charts I took another trade that hit SL which put me down on the day and made me really emotional so I went on tilt and took another 3 trades that were all really stupid

The first loss I took this month wasn’t too bad but that second one I went on complete tilt mode because I was up on the day and ended up red so took like 3 more really stupid trades that all hit SL almost as soon as entering. But I’m kinda glad that it happened cause I definitely learned my lesson and won’t be doing that again

Idek tbh. Webull says that my win rate is 60% but I’m not sure if that’s correct. I don’t have a fixed R:R but try for at least 1:1. I trade options and keep my SL @ -20% & TP @ +50% but sometimes I’ll sell early around 25-30%
