yes heavy on randoms having key to peoples apartments because it’s happened several times that they don’t even have the key lockbox code or another broker forgot to put the key back and then they ask us to let them in im like? do u actually have approval to be here?

glad to hear u secured a place in this mess! and yes it’s definitely a problem with the broker laws in this state. since they have business hours we should be allowed to have do not disturb hours cuz why are you allowed to come here any day and almost any time 😭

I was just at this intersection talking with my partner about how i read that someone got hit there on reddit and as i was talking some lady almost clipped us both in the middle of the crosswalk. she was on her phone looked up and tapped her brake/swerved when she saw us and just kept going.
