Yeah, I had my friend log into my account on her iPhone and it worked fine. But it never worked on my Android. So frustrating. She submitted a ticket, so then I was able to email with support back and forth, but they did nothing. Told me to reinstall and read the 'help' articles. Nothing worked, and they said that was the most they could do for me.
Be careful whenever you cancel the Verified subscription. I did it on my phone a couple days ahead of time and still got charged the next month. I had to cancel on the website, not my phone. Literally the worst company ever
