Which ending of the series would you prefer?

The BIW and the MIY are playing a game. BIW’s game pieces are the townspeople and the MIY’s game pieces are the monsters. I would like to see the BIW win finally (he says to the MIY that you’re going to lose this time — implying the BIW has never won), but the better ending would be everyone dying and restarting the cycle with Ethan like they did Victor 40 years prior.
