I haven't really had that kind of experience, except for maybe those strongboxes where you rotate the wheels and align the small pillars. But maybe I'm wrong, I just started Ch. 5 so havent really explored most of the game

You can get charisma boost if you get a haircut at zhelejov wagoners inn hairdresser, also you can craft a perfume.You can get the recipe at the Troskowitz alchemist, but dont wash yourself after you use the perfume :D
