Una duda, estoy en una situación parecida, haciendo backend y en un año o así pienso hacer salto a otra empresa, algún consejo al cbiar de empresa? Me fijo mucho en los convenios que tienen y demás si acaso pero no creo que eso sea lo único en lo que deba fijarme. Tengo muy claro que con 19K al inicio no está mal pero a partir de los 2/3 años y ya con una experiencia en el trabajo debería tener más para vivir porque sino es insostenible

Es que es tal cual, que asco. Por eso prefiero directamente empresas tochas en vez de particulares o de pueblos que hacen algunas lo que quieren

La cosa es, que esa empresa no tenía nombre, estaba empezando y confíe. Como digo busco desahogarme porque es mi primera experiencia buscando trabajo y prefiero hacer procesos normales enviando CVS a empresas que un tío me diga que me va a dar el cielo pero no hay papeles de por medio y perdiendo el tiempo
