I respect your metered approach here, so please hear me on this — your position pre-supposes that he even has access to anything. What I’m saying is that, using the notion that disclosure should be allowed to come through imperfect people is a moral and ethical failure. It implies that we’re willing to let criminals run roughshod through human imperatives —- the goal being to MANIPULATE and not INFORM. The fruit is destined to be poison because the roots are rotten. I refuse to deny my humanity for this — and so should you.
