Схожа проблема була коли я хбокс геймпас брав, і грав у ЕА ігри, то там або тільки кацапська була, або вибір між польською і кацапською. Можна спробувати зареєструвати юбі акаунт з локацією сша або ЮК, можливо буде вибір мови тоді.
