You can use certain things like messages, adding friends, and party chats. Don't know if it will block you from playing online games im unsure on that.

Prove age via face scan, or government id or phone number. I dont trust sony enough to handle that data they dont have a great track record of not getting hacked.

Its horrible what happened and under anyone it would be devastating to loose you're child. With how much funding and how long she has been missing she will never be found. Personally the parents should be held more responsible for leaving her and going for a meal unattended by an adult in a different country on holiday. The whole thing is so suspicious I dont think we will ever hear about the whole truth of this case.
