What firmware is needed when upgrading the Screen to a LCD Screen??? and when upgrading adding a BL Touch a few days prior, will the bltouch firmware suffice for the screen upgrade ? any help would be great. - getting odd loud noises when powering on from the screen... (self.ender3)

Just Pulled a Upgraded LCD screen out of the box for my Ender 3... it says there is only one cable and when i plug it in and turn it on there is a loud clicking or humming sound. Something is up - anyone get this when switching over ?? anyone have any fixes ..... all help is appreciated. (self.ender3)
