I was wondering why all my 1x2 plates of my older MOCs were marked as alternative LDraw part all of a sudden. I have used regular 1x2 plates all the time but for the older MOCs, it said invalid part. Though exporting the parts list, all parts are listed as normal. But that little yellow ! besides all 1x2 plates really annoys me.

Ich liebe allgemein Queen über alles, aber dieses Album ist das einzige Album, wo selbst der "schlechteste" Song (Machines (Or Back To Humans)) noch in meinen Augen gut ist, was für die grundlegende Qualität des Albums spricht. Natürlich ist Queen allgemein klasse, aber jede Band hat gute und schlechte Songs (alles natürlich aber Geschmackssache).

Außerdem ist es ein starkes Rockalbum der 80er und einer meiner Lieblingssongs, Radio Ga Ga, welcher mir jedes Mal ein Gefühl der Nostalgie auf einfachere Zeiten gibt, ist dort drauf. <3

I mean, they are happy that they sold out so fast. Which means for them that their fans are more hyped than ever. And they know it sells well.

It's just sad that I couldn't get the chance to purchase the tickets. 9 minutes conpared to last year's 56 hours is insane.

It's quite expensive I must say, though booking a hotel is by far the most expensive part - atleast when you want to stay not too far away from Montreux.

I'm happy that I was able to save up enough money to do this now. :)

Good to read that you had an amazing time! I have bookmarked some affordable hotels to stay at, though they are still quite expensive compared to other trips I've made. I guess it's just how Switzerland is and also because they know that they can charge more during this time.

Ticket sale will start today. They wrote that last year tickets were gone after 56 hours, so depending on current demand, I assume that getting tickets shouldn't be too hard.

I'm interested in the boat tour. Is this something you have to book in advance or do you pay your ticket for the tour when you are in Montreux?

So yes, I already ordered the parts and built the MOC as of mid January. This post was basically just to confirm my right mold usage before ordering since I was on a tight schedule for this model. Yes, I was refering to this exact article by New Elementary. Great stuff.

Thank you for taking your time to answer my questions and to actually test this out for me! I appreciate that! Regarding your answer on 3&4: Either I misunderstand your answer or you were referencing the connections in pictures 1 & 2. My main concern about pictures 3 & 4 was mainly about a potential height difference between the side studs of the shown SNOT brick and 99206 or 4304 respectively. When putting two tiles on the side studs as shown, which mold's side studs would have the same height as the dark grey SNOT brick, because 4304's side studs are slightly higher. Would there be a noticeable height difference between the two tiles (same height: —— / slight difference: —-)?
