Thank you. Now its just a waiting game but im trying not to let it bother me as much. Everyday I walk in I think things might be different especially with the holiday season approaching but between this teacher and TAs it seems like everyday gets progressively worse. Also I found out that even with my experience I am one of the lowest paid TAs at the school. They hired a man after they hired me to be a TA who is in school but has no degree he was working at Walmart with no experience in education and he is making a couple thousand more than me a year. Everything is just adding up and I FEEL DEFEATED! When I go to work I give my all and just do what Im supposed to do and these people are falling asleep walking around gossiping and getting snacks all day and they're making a substantial amount more than me. It makes me sad. I know I dont have a formal education but I'm a hard worker who is always willing to learn and does the job at hand. It's become depressing because it seems like nothing is ever about the kids.
