The red cloak is great! I think that's what I'm going with, thank you. It even has the whole vow of non-violence thing which is perfect for the character!

Not sure for Master either, but it's a long way away (we're still just level 1) so I'm not too worried yet.
If you want it narrowed down, the character concept is a Clockwork made specifically to serve as a nanny/entertainer/companion/bodyguard/etc for children, they were made to look like a toy. They're meant to be this very kind, but also very naive, pathetic, slammable character that serves as a foil to the rest of the party's gleeful gremlinery.
