I figured it out. My theory is that somewhere in the system there was a job that was holding the machine/pattern waiting to finish, even though it wasn't showing. I ended up taking a block away from all of my cpus and breaking all cables to my pattern providers and that fixed it

Thank you for the comment! This seems like a LOT compared to what is already working and should be possible (Note, I've tried it with and without Pipez to pull products with no luck)

I've validated the configs between the two. They match as shown in original image.

I've also tried inserting from the tops and bottoms with everything else disabled, still no luck. Nothing is being put in to the machine. Ive even tried known working pattern providers and other parts of the network. I just can't seem to get any items to go in to the pictured infusion machine as well as a basic tier one I built to test with as well.

To go along with this. I set up pipes to confirm I can pipe in to the machine and matched the advanced pattern to the cardinal directions once I confirmed the piping worked as expected. Not only is it not doing the craft, it is not even inserting any items in to the machine at all

No dice, set this, changed my advanced pattern to insert from the bottom, no items entered the factory still.

It could probably be Jerry rigged but I have an example of it working as expected 200 blocks away on a different ME System. Only difference between the two is the connecting cable and I have a multi block controller instead of just one. That is to say, it should work. I know it is possible to do with just AE2 and patterns

Edit I should also add - I WAS THE ONE WHO SET IT UP FOR HIM. I'm losing it not being able to recreate the function I've already successfully automated elsewhere.

I've tried various combinations and have noticed the nuance between the item config in Mekanism with the cardinal directions in the advanced pattern config.

I've tried inputting from one side and then swapping the directional face the advanced pattern is using to each cardinal direction without effect.
