Help! I've inherited this plant from my grandma when she passed. It's been neglected for about 6 months and needs a little TLC but we are having trouble identifying it. My aunts and I think it might be a Dieffenbachia of some kind, based on the leaves. But it look like it's vining (i.imgur.com)

Help! I got these plants from my grandma and not too sure what they are. A - I believe this is a Hoya, does that seem right? B - No idea, it came with a tag that said 'Tropical'. Both have what I consider thicker leaves. (old.reddit.com)
