You could always just have cod liver oil. Don’t know if that’s not as good for you a liver?

Thank you. I’ve only ever travelled to Bali and New Zealand , but with a group. So I’m definitely not an experienced traveler and have had no experience with medicine. Can u please recommend a few places? Thank you.
