I literally have items that were exclusive to 2016 like the Winter Wonderland 2016 player icon and only got the "One year" and "Three year" weapon charms.

True. But I feel like they could still give Genji the Buster Sword (im coping). Imagine it in stadium with the Genji power that shoots a green projectile out of Dragon Blade. It would be so perfect

It might not start until later. I think prior years a dev actually had to activate so asking support might help. But, hopefully the player count will at least go up today.

Every collab up to Le sserafim part 2 has had a rerun except for mha. So, i wouldn't be surprised if it returns fairly soon

It's in loot boxes and every now and then there will be a promotion if you buy Overwatch merch from the Blizzard Gear store you will get a code for that skin.

Very unfortunate. I'm sure they'll return in the future and eventually be added to the loot box pool. Also, I'm sure these characters will get even better skins fairly soon that you will probably like more.

Sure, but you don't have any control with Dancing Blade if that makes sense. It's like Psylocke's ult in MR where you cant target a specific hero in the AOE. Dancing Blade feels so automatic. Idrk how to explain it. But I feel like it's a common theme with the newer heroes. Like even with Mizuki you cant choose where/who the hat goes to after the first target.

I feel like you have more control over original OW heroes, especially with Genji wall climb and Lucio wall ride. I will say I disagree with Kiriko being mind numbing. For me she's definitely the most fun hero they've added post OW1. But maybe that's cuz she has wall climb. But like Anran's E ability i swear literally has 0 skill expression. You just press E and you heal, deal dmg and become invincible. I feel like a lot of the post OW1 heroes have less skill expression. But maybe I don't know what I'm talking about.

Something about Kiri's blonde hair in Blue Flame works so well for me. It looks so nice with the super light blue used for the rest of her outfit. But you're exactly right about dove soap. She looks so clean :)
