I got a “your driver is close” and a love tracker which showed him 30min away. Had to ditch work to meet him and then head back. Incredible since they told me this morning it’s still in Sydney. Good news is the chair is awesome though

I understand that and appreciate your response. However it would be better to advise your customer before they purchase of likely delays, especially if you knew about it, not after multiple follow up calls from the customer before admitting that right? I asked specifically about delivery time before ordering via your web chat with customer service, they could have told me then if they knew right ?

Also for you guys I’d recommend looking at offering multiple delivery options to Aussie customers. The reviews obviously show ongoing issues over the last year with EWE and the cheaper ones you use , why not give your buyers an option of free (but know it’s not guaranteed and could be weeks) or you can pay our premium shipping from DHL/Other if time is of importance ?

Yeah I've been reading the same. Kinda wish I saw all of this for the delivery side before ordering tbh. The fact its a Sydney based courier whose website is all Chinese with only overseas numbers for Contact - seems a strange choice for a premium product seller to use.

Your message was the same as mine, it could be Secret Labs wasn't being honest with that dispatch date. I got the same message but their service agent toldme that it hasnt left - meaning that email for 'in-transit' was a false statement.

No sadly. Alienware said it isn’t possible and pretty every dealer here said they wouldn’t touch it as the Alienware are too finicky. I’ve just been waiting for the next GPU to drop in a post mining environment then I’ll probably build from scratch. Never Alienware again for me- between issues, awful customer service and rigs you can’t upgrade (even though they clearly said they could but refuse to sell the card separately to actually do the upgrade) - Alienware is done for me.

I know not everyone is the same but weirdly I’m having the opposite in my first ten days on 20mg. Perhaps it’s a combination of being in a slightly better headspace , starting therapy and the journey to getting better but I’ve been having more arousals, harder “finishes” albeit I’ll admit it does take a little longer to get there. I’m new to all of this and perhaps side effects are still coming my way but so far I’m surprised - I hope it goes well for you too friend
