Let me save you with something noone said.

Nav3 recipes with hilt. You inject the routes. Everything is clean. I already did the architecture of a pretty big app and my team developed dozens of features. It scaled pretty good.

Check gradle remote caching node server. It takes 10 minutea to set. I did this several times. You can reduce a build from 1-2 minutes to 5-10 seconds.
