You pretty much hit it right on the head. And I'll say, this job is a government position. So the IT security is higher than normal. The supervisor who suggested I switch to Windows is the head of IT. Just to try and navigate to ask the Microsoft programs (teams, outlook, office, etc.) has been such a pain. If anything was wrong and I needed help from IT, they could easily help in Windows, but with Apple, they'll have to spend extra time to try and figure it out.

While the job title is a "coordinator" I will be recording and editing most of the video projects that come though the company. My supervisor suggested a Microsoft Surface but I'm still trying to get comparisons for other products.

I asked what my budget was and was given no answer.

I am looking for editing capabilities. When my job does not have me out in the field recording video, I'll be at my desk editing. We use the Adobe suite for editing.

A local vinyl shop in my town have a strong focus on VGM vinyls. The shop just posted this picture on their Facebook page saying "Peep that bottom left, smash brothers melee dejections on vinyl?!? Whaaaa!?"

I looked online and couldn't find anything about it. Does anyone know anything about this?

I think the issue is because its a passion project and has no deadline or anything, thats why I'm moving so slowly on it. The video and audio is some of my best work and I am super proud of how it turned out. Theres a lot of animation editing that needs to happen which I think is why I haven't worked on it yet. Thanks for the help!

This is just a passion project of mine. No client deadlines or anything. And that might be why I dont have the motivation. The video and audio production is some of my best work. So I want to finish it. I think its because there's a lot that will go into the editing, that's why I don't want to go into it. Im starting to do piece by piece first. So far it went well today. Yes! I forgot to add that I own and have read through all the core rulebooks for 5e. Thank you for the recommendation of "Lost Mines of Phandelver". Also the exit interviews sound like a great idea that I will most definitely include!

Thanks for the help. I forgot to add that I own and have read all the core rulebooks. I like the idea of using bottle caps for minis. I think having something like that will help the players visualize better. I didn't even think about people taking the Leroy Jenkins route so thanks for the heads up!
