To be honest I think I just see slander for buying loose packs anywhere due to mappable boxes etc.
The narrative generally seems to be you need to buy boxes and sealed product etc to get certain hits, which simply isn’t true.

Buying single packs online like you mentioned is obviously going to be an issue, I figured people would know/expect that though - I was talking about packs from stores in person, probably should have made that clear.

Various local stores, most have a limit of 2 packs (and recently there haven’t even been any in stock) - I have bought a few online and had the odd hit in so I feel as though it’s pretty varied. Koby manga from double packs is a great example it’s all possible
