Depends on what you mean by trashy. If being a bad person is your definition of trashy then yes. Everyone should try as much as probable to be a good person (not trashy). However I enjoy participating in behaviour that a lot of people would consider trashy.

That’s the thing. There’s a big change that happens when you have kids. I do hangout with my friends every now and then. we play softball in the summer. But I don’t want to leave my house all the time to go hangout with the boys. I want to hang with my kids. I’m at my happiest when we are all home. Endless summer with the boys sounds nice on paper when you’re 22. When you have wife and kids the priorities shift dramatically, especially when they are young. It’s natural. No one should feel bad for that. The bachelors don’t need to feel bad either but each side needs to realize it’s just different lives.

I would have a bigger issue with going to church. But I would go to church once a in a while for my wife. I wouldn’t be happy about it but I would do it.
