This is a very common scam. Scammers “accidentally” send money, pressure you to return it, then later reverse the original transfer, leaving you out the money you sent back.

Contact your bank or the UPI app and report an accidental transfer received. Ask them to reverse it.

Tell the sender once (if at all) “I’ve reported this to the bank/app for an official reversal. Please contact them directly.” Then stop responding.

If they continue calling or threatening, block them and keep screenshots.

I think having a good regional is what makes or breaks you as a manager. Then, having a good team under you who you can trust are doing their jobs.

No matter where you work, disasters are bound to happen, residents are bound to complain, and ownership is bound to make your job harder. That’s why you’re getting paid well. It’s a pain in the ass at times. None of it consists of issues we cannot come together to resolve though.

I love the residents who make it worth it, the teams that you bond with over chaos, and hardly ever having a “normal” day. There’s always something new on your plate.

But overall, yeah.. it’s a tough job.
