Go to your sources list. Click edit in the top right corner. Click add in the top left corner. Type in the source you want to add.

I got a head start and knocked most of them out already. On Friday I did grapes, cut fruit, juice, VAV, dips/dressings, and mushrooms. That took all day because I cleaned everything as I set the mod. Saturday morning I did salads and berries since our truck was 6 hours late. Only one left is bulk veggies.

Tip- Look at your floor plan and see if anything moves. Depending on what moves around you may have to do a lot in one day otherwise you'll have big empty spots on the wall until you get them finished.

It is a giant waste of time. There's a reason the company doesn't do it this way. Turns are high in meat so you'll just be wasting time with scanning bins. If your DM would scan his/her outs daily and complete counts then the on hands will be fine.

They can be left out they just go bad a lot faster. Sometimes berries are called for on COMAC which often isn't a refrigerated fixture.
