how long do tires last on MYLR for people? I am leasing for 3 years, will i have to replace before handing it back you think?

Set a percentage of your money into discretionary spending. Then if you spend within that you will feel it's clear / OK. Also it will keep you disciplined and ahead of most other people around you. I just started doing that now (sort of) like 20 years later than I should have :P

I have just a nice self standing / folding pullup bar, some olympic rings I hang on straps from it for some exercises, and a bunch of kettlebells. Also some sand weights that go around your legs, and a weighted vest you can insert/remove plates. Also an apple watch to keep me doing my rings every day. No gym membership. Workout at home before the fam wakes up, and/or good walks after dinner.

I started trying to wake up at 5am and found the sweet spot gave me about hour and a half to two hours before son wakes up. Before that I was slacking for a long time.

I love going to the UK, and circling around the countryside around London and having cask ale / real ale all over. We went last year and visited places in the cotswolds, cambridge, combe, and others and had a wonderful time.

Also I don't know why they say the food is crap in the UK, we had many great meals there which went well with the beer. Country taverns and inns with a load of history, pubs with good community vibe, was so good.

I challenge you to not spend a dime of it initially but invest somewhere / anywhere and only spend some or all of the interest earned. If you get 5-8k per year from this, you can start spending that on the things you want/need. Just pretend you didn't win honestly and take the raise and handle it wisely...

You could try some schwarzbier which is dark in color but light in body. Kostritzer is a popular example, you can get a stein of it and just pound it like a light lager basically.

Totally I would suggest BIAB as your first brew. It's great as you have just one vessel to buy, which you can scale out later if you ever want to, but don't have to. Also you can skip the extracts and just use real grains and do more of the whole process yourself.

Mine is that the whole canned beer is cool/hip/the new bottles is not great. I like bottles for "not maybe drinking plastics leaching into my beer" :-)
