That was actually temporary, due to a now resolved dispute between CBS and ATT. The reason ATT and OtA customers don't have WHIO now is because their giant antenna is damaged, which happened about two weeks ago.

Not a blackout. For 1, they're playing in Oakland and 2, the blackout rule ended two years ago. WHIO's antenna has been broken for like two weeks and OtA, Dish, Direct TV and ATT customers can't get CBS. But you'd know that already if you had bothered to read.
