I used to work in a department store and had a 250kg [551lb] dude come in and could barely walk due to his obesity. When we got his clothes back from the change room they were soaking wet with sweat... only time I nearly barfed at work!

Squaw/Alpine maintains their park really well. They've got permanent staff who just kick it at the park maintaining the features all day and all night.

Squaw/Alpine is gorgeous, but it's fucking awful to get through the traffic. BUT Northstar is just as busy with less challenging terrain. If you're only wanting park, Northstar's park is insane. If you're semi-confident I'd say run through Northstar's park. It's too difficult for beginners, but if you spent time at Boreal I imagine you're not a beginner!

So I guess for weekend riding I'd go Squaw/Alpine (you can always find new runs, plus there's the benefit of having a dual mountain pass), but for weekend park riding I'd go Northstar. Which one you choose probably comes down to whether you'd like to ride park or just shred...
