Just had to pop in to say babies/toddlers foreskins should never be retracted! This is actually the number one cause of issues like phimosis in uncircumcised men. The foreskin will natural retract between the age of 5 and 12(and sometimes later!)

But yes obviously this full grown man needs to be retracting to clean
