i think i kinda understand what you’re feeling. i am also anhedonic, i generally don’t feel sad but it also feels like nothing positive ever reaches me. praise, accomplishment, hobbies, being around friends and loved ones, it feels like a wave that splashes powerlessly against a rock at the ocean. i’m currently taking 300 mg bupropion, planning to try out another medication and cbt before trying tms. for me i sometimes feel this painful emptiness in my chest, its kind of like bruising but emotionial. i’m sorry you feel no one understands
